Tired as fuck

12:05 AM.
Went to soccer training (3PM-7.30AM) which lasted for 4.5 hours with nothing but a 200calorie bowl of cereal at 7AM and before that a carrot. Nothing went wrong, which proves beyond a doubt that I have a plentiful store of fat left to burn.
After that I ate like 600 calories, of chicken meat, a bit of rice, greek yogurt and fruits.
Took my height and weight at P.E today. Didn't dare look at my weight.... gonna check this Sat.
