Blooaaaat

I bloat SO bad. I don't even know what to do about it. It's not like I eat a ton of food, it can be just a bowl of cereal and a mug of water and my tummy bloats.
And I don't know how this happens but whenever I do resistance/ strength training for my arms, they actually seem to get BIGGER. Aren't they supposed to get taut?
I'm not sure about my weight now, but my i've been doing loads of cardio, pilates, resistance and strength.

What i'm doing now:
Avoiding carbs
Walking a lot more instead of taking the bus etc,
And videos i'm using:
Victoria's Secret Abs
Victoria's Secret- Core
Pop Pilates- Abs

These are SO GOOD, not even kidding.
