I have been eating normally for a while. I'm starting to realize that starvation is not THAT good:( But the thing is, I really don't know HOW to eat normally, and i've put on 3 KGs, maybe i'll go to the library later for some diet plan, I don't know.
I need to learn how to deal.
BUT.
Taking this opportunity to eat a lot less today, a lot less than the previous days, that is. MAX 1400 calories.
After eating my lunch later, it'll be 700 calories. yup.
Like a mini cleanse from calories. I wanna be thin. No not really, I just wanna be truly comfortable in my own skin, and I don;t know how to do that. Just need to lose that 3 KGS first!
My tumblr looks much better now!
