It's 1Pm. I had my lunch- 10 small sushis at 12, and I kinda really regret it. I still have a pretty strong aversion towards white carbs. The book also recommends a squeeze of lemon juice in hot water upon waking so I think i'll try that tomorrow.
Going jogging at 3, aiming for at least 15 minutes. Today's the start of my church's youth camp. I only REALLY SERIOUSLY regretted not going for it, only yesterday. But, well. I will go next year !
Okay, so here's my plan for this week:
Jogging/ Cycling/ Brisk walking for at least 30 minutes everyday.
Oatmeal/ Granola with yogurt for breakfast.
Small lunches (Cut back on carbs!)
Lots of tea
No coffee
Enough sleep
Study more!
Finish my homework!
Finish knitting my beanie
More veg and healthy protein for dinner

ReplyDeleteYou should try Rose Hibiscus Green tea its so fruity and smells like candy and has such a full flavor, and my favorite White mango tea is so light and fun! I love tea lol
