CRAZY ASS WORKOUTS!

So (except for the diet part as usual), i'm seriously following Michelle Bridges' "Losing the Last 5 Kilos" workouts. And man, they are CRAZY ASS AWESOME! Kay, so I only started reading the book on Tuesday so I started Monday's workout plan on Tuesday.
Monday: Either Body Attack, Spin, Boxing, Cardio Circuit, Dance Class OR
Two laps or 400m oval or 800m treadmill or 4min park rum
16x: -jumping jacks
-tricep dips off a bench
-mountain climbers
-fast low-step running right leg
-push-ups (knees or toes)
-fast low-step running left leg
HERO MOMENT: one sprint 4oom oval or full length round park (time yourself)
ABS: 16 reps of each, whole set 3 times through: -crunches
-twisting crunch to right
-twisting crunch to left

Tuesday: Either Pump strength/weight-based class OR
16x: -dumbbell fitness squats + dumbbell rows (16 right arm 16 left) 3TIMES
- alternating dumbbell backward lunge + dumbbell chest press 3TIMES
- step ups with dumbbells (16 right arm 16 left) + one-arm squat press 3TIMES
HERO MOMENT: 5min run on treadmill- increasing with each minute
ABS: 16 reps of each, whole set 3 times through: - lower body twist
- single leg extension
- plank on elbow (30sec to 1 min)

Both days start with a 5 min jog warm up, which I didn't do cuz i'm having my periods and I hate running when I am, and end with a full-body stretch. Yup. Anyway, i've finished my beanie and it's SLIGHTLY wonky. But, really pretty. So, I was finishing it by the poolside and my bulimic sister was swimming and I have to say, SHE LOKKS FREAKING ASS THIN... and my parents are completely clueless-.- It's nice to know i'm craving such a body less and less but also scary so thanks to diet books I know i'm under control still.

Rio: Thanks for the recommendations, next time I buy tea i'll look out for them! My favorite's green tea- not for the taste but cuz I can literally feel it pumping up my metabolism- after drinking 2 cups, 20 mins later and i'm sweating!!

Can't wait till my BMI's below 20!!!! (and yes, I STILL want 16.4 :(( )

  1. Okay that work out sounds crazy ans amazing at the same time. I've printed it off and next time I get my lazy ass to the gym, I am going to do it.
    Keep at it hun, you will get to 16.4 if you want it badly enough!
