Self motivation

PLAN

Daily workout routine:
250 crunches
300x jumping
50x Arm lifts(triceps)-each arm

Weekly:
Soccer 2-3 times
Running (extra-1x)

GOAL WEIGHT BY UK: 42KG. Perfectly achievable:)

Deep; red. The word "FAILURE" carved across my abs.
5 minutes ago. Cut my thighs out of boredom as I was waiting for the letters to form... had to change out of my white shorts as I was worried that my cuts could be seen/I bled through the cotton.

Itinerary up soon!!^^

DIET:
Lots and lots of water, tea and diet coke
Carbo ONLY in the form of healthy granola, multi/whole grain
Lots of veggies and fruits!
If I'm reallly hungry after dinner, I'm only allowed to eat low fat yogurt or fruits

Making up a list of reasons I should be skinny:)
