The deal with my friend ( very VERYYY good friend:)) is that from now till Friday, we'll eat really little breakfast. Then nothing until dinner (super little) then fruits after dinner. On exercise days, a packet of meiji biscuits is allowed (99 cals) before exercise. She's in track and field, I'm in soccer. It's a DEAL:))
Leaving for UK this Sunday around midnight, reaching the airport at 8.30.
Can't say how excited I am^^!!!
