A few weeks ago, my friend told me water bingeing expands your stomach, so immediately after that, I cut down on my water intake. It REALLY works. Now, I eat a bit of food for breakfast at 7, then for lunch at 3, I eat about 240 calories and 2 mugs of water and I feel REALLY BLOATED. So I suppose my stomach has successfully shrunken, at least a bit.
Nikki Grahame lost 9KG in less than 3 months before. WOW, eh.
People are starting to ask me why I'm "Eating only yogurt for lunch", "Eating fruit at break again", "Not eating again" "Eating so little rice" "Buying apples" etc. etc.
Like, SHUT UP.
