Small diet

I'm reading Stick Figure by Lori Gottlieb. Incredible book!
My intake today as of 5:31PM:
Cereal: 143
Black coffee: 5
2 rice cakes: 46
Yogurt: 123
Crab sushi: 45
More yogurt: 77
2 weetbix: 105
TOTAL: 544

Listening to Mistletoe by Justin Bieber, and i'm already in love with it:)
Planning to eat a little for dinner tonight, then going to the gym to run or cycle. Haven't been able to skate this week as Singapore has entered into the rainy season. And I end in the afternoons, so:(

Was looking at the list of sushi calories. The only reason I could eat the crab one is, I suppose, because, it isn't REAL crab. Just the stick, so maybe just the flavor. And all the lower calorie ones are like prawn and clam and all that. I am allergic to almost all seafood there is (except fish and seaweed and that crab thing) so this is REALLY UNFAIR.
There's the small cucumber and egg ones, of course, but last year a friend who was becoming ano (she still is) informed me that they apply a thin layer of mayonnaise to hold the seaweed in place, and I think a few more calories makes better sense than that bigger piece of seaweed which would have a greater portion of mayonnaise.
My so-called "starving buddy" told me yesterday over facebook chat that people who go for eating competitions binge drink on water to expand their stomachs, so I guess i'll be cutting back on my fluid intake. Stuff dehydration! I need a tiny stomach. And I was considering reading a few diet books, I mean, there could be a few helpful suggestions in there. I've never followed any diets and diet books and all, because they bring you to a "healthy weight", while i'm after a unhealthily low BMI-16.4. But no harm browsing a few, eh?
