I'm now looking at some of my friend's FB photos.. I really wonder how is it they can stand to put pictures of themselves eating and drinking up for the whole world to see... I would be too bloody ashamed to. I guess it's because i have this "eating is wrong" mindset. Which is good, right? Better "eating is wrong" than "eating rocks" or something else. But seriously, they're eating like chicken chop and all that and drinking this syrup thing, don't they feel even just SLIGHTLY ashamed to even take pictures of themselves and even put them on FB??? sighhh.. i guess that's how a normal mind works-- they have the mindset that there's absolutely nothing wrong with eating...
I borrowed the book "You are what you eat". there's this section on signs your body shows and what it means-too much or too little of some kinds of food.. apparently i'm Way too low on essential fatty acids and i consume too much fibre and yeast. RIGHT. i see. oh well:)
OMG. I just realized something as i read the newspaper just now- THE MEGA CUTE MEGA HOT DIVER TOM DALEY FROM BRITAIN IS IN SINGAPORE omgomgomg.. Yeah.. crush moment. He's Gorgeous!! absolutely hot.
Well the other day i was talking with my friend about running. she told me the first 20 mins of running burns glucose only. It's after that 20 minutes then are fats burnt. so i was thinking- if we starve from a glucose for a long time before running, we would burn fats rightaway, right:)
Anyways, that IS how the body works:
It burns: 1:carbohydrates
2:fats
3: protein
so no carbs= burn fats, even while not running, just for energy:)
