WHATTHEHELL!!! Like seriously! How the fuck does that sorta thing happen??
I am SO going running asap. no point running these few days- i have the flu, a really bad cough and a slight fever, so yeah, exercising's a really bad idea.
I'm getting back my results these few weeks, and they're NOT GOOD. I haven't failed anything YET but they're mostly borderline passes.. i feel like such a fat failure.
I need to do something about the stubborn plateau. And fast.
