Yay:) i'm having a holiday,cuz today's paper's a subject i don't take, plus i have the house ALL TO MYSELF till around 2..
As you can tell.. this fact has put me in an extremely good mood:)
Multi grain bread--148
cottage cheese--about 60
A few grapes--10
loads of diet coke--0
total: 212 (total of about 9+ g protein)
that's even less than a stupid bowl of rice.(242)
i found this cottage cheese that has like 169 calories per tub and 20g of protein per tub.. (i bought 2)
and the multigrain bread has like 4.8g of protein per 148 calories.( that's my food for the week)
:) i've got a plan..
you see, to go to the supermarket, i have to tell my dad not to fetch me after school, so i figured whenever i need to stock up on my protein, i'll just tell him that i'm going for lunch with my friends:) (only people who do NOT know me would believe that..) this way, i also seem like i'm eating lunch. can you Believe it??? my dad has been trying to make me eat lunch with him the entire week! cos it's my exam week which means i can go home at around 12/1.. so i told him i eat lunch with my friends at school and he picks me around 2.. i was at the school library reading Harry Potter and the half blood prince.LOL..
STOP TRYING TO FUCK MY DIET UP SO I CAN ENJOY SUNDAY'S BUFFET WITHOUT GUILT DAMNIT!!!
and yeah.. i think i'll start by spitting ONE mouthful out tonight and see how it goes.. dinner is really unacceptable, i CANT EAT IT.
made a quick trip to the supermarket for my lunch.. told my dad i was going to macs. (YUCK).
By the way, research has shown that going for a high protein diet for a period of time can raise you metabolic rate up to 30%
