Fuckin' Plateau

Yep.. plateau. still 92.. although i think it might be a little less because i still have slight edema..

It was RAINING LIKE MAD in my country. so i COULDN'T cycle.

AND my parents brought the buffet to today. You have NO IDEA how glad i am that i didn't eat yesterday!!! i said i ate about 50 right?? yes.. but 20 came from coffee and sugar substitute..

a bit of trivia that might interest people.. the rain reminded me:

Ever wondered where the phrase"raining cats and dogs" came from?

well, it's cos in 15th century England, there used to be HUGE torrents of rain, and cats and dogs would drown and their carcasses floating around in the flooded streets made it look as if it really did rain cats and dogs.. hence raining cats and dogs..yep!

just thought it might be a little interesting..

i might as well binge at the buffet today. Since my parents already paid so much and since it's one of the ways to bring yourself out of a plateau.

And i missed the Holland and Denmark matches...how sad.. Denmark lost. Sighh..

Haha. If there's even anyone who reads my blog.. i am Really Sorry for my little rant this morning. i've been suffering from insomnia for quite a while now. i know that a cup of hot chocolate will help me.. but who am i trying to kid Hot Chocolate?!?!!! That's like a cup of calories before sleeping! SO NOT ALLOWED!

I don't think i will even bother to get over my aversion to white rice. I like it this way.. no need to waste calories on starchy white tasteless mounds of sticky matter.

HA! i'm getting pretty good at twisting my words when i talk about/ describe food so it sounds like disgusting stuff even normal or even greedy gluttonous people would not even want to touch. hmmm.. i think i shall go brush up on this fantastic skill.

Despite my edema i think i might have lost like 100 grams cos i peed A lot this morning..

92 is such a ridiculously statically plateau-ic number!! Goodness.. so close and yet so far from 90!!! I feel like i'm an extremely thirsty dog that's leashed to a pole and there's a bowl of icy cold water just out of my reach and i can see it VERY CLEARLY and i can smell it.. But i just can't reach it!!!!!! Ahhhhh..

it's ok.. after all, my body can't plateau for evah right.. :(
