i better start starving like mad. btw, didja know that my LW is 85.5lbs??? yupp. this time, it's gonna be 84. it better. i better.
friday night-dinner at Grandmother's house( which, obviously, will ruin everything so i must starve harder).
one thing-since we were young, my mom has always given everyone in the family a bowl of cut, varied fruits at night. soo.... my plan is:
i shall eat nothing than the breakfast she gives me in the morning (max: 125 cals) and the fruits at night( max: 60-70) yupp. until the end of the week. friday, of course, that is.
also, to spit out ALL my dinner( in cup method) and to not eat lunch, recess or break at school.
tip( from experience): one very good way to lose weight: do something like the plan above for one week or more( you'll feel faint and feverish almost everyday-something i grew to love-it's the fats that are burning, trust me), exercise( aerobic!!!!) and after that one week or so, prepare to see the weight melt away!!!
i did that the last time this is what happened(after one-two weeks): 95, 94,92,92,92, 90,89,88,87.5, 87,87, 86, 85.5
VERY QUICKLY so yeah, but everyone's body is different so the time span might differ a bit.
i have decided to give tips and tricks from myself, cos i think it's only nice to give back what i have gained from the online thinspo society in my own way, whether anybody reads my blog or not.
