guess what!! did you know that 1 hour of skipping can burn up to 1300 calories??!!
cool or what? and it's really fun. however, i have a very high tendency to trip over the rope so i skip without the rope, just do it exactly, just without it. It is my #1 calorie burner( as one of my friends once said: skipping can burn a HELL lot of calories)

normal type:calves
lift-knee type: thigh
(i realized that jumping while kicking backward and lifting your knees -not too high- helps with the fat area directly above your knee)
#3:speed walk/ run
although walking and running uses the same amount of kilo joules( which is why running burns so little calories), walking only gets your body/heart( i'm not sure) into the cardio mode, while running gets your heart into the fat-burning mode
