Exercise!!

Guess what!! i've just run 1.6km and cycled for 10 mins!!
yay! probably about.. 300??
i'm eating granola for breakfast now, not bingeing. i love exercise, it makes you want to eat, but you just dont feel like bingeing:) as in really, you just dont feel like bingeing
i plan to start my daily crunches again:) and gonna start sacrificing some of my recesses to run:) (this concoction of serotonin and adrenalin has fantastic effects on my mood.) i'm gonna tell my mom about the running during recess.. except the part i dont eat, she'll be overjoyed..

ahhh... you know my friend who bought the scales, she told me "omg!!! weighing yourself everyday rocks, the best thing ever.. you see the weight go up and you panic and you eat less!!:))) plus she started on meal replacements and counting calories, at least the calories in the meal replacement.
good for her:)
just hope however much weight she loses or how many calories she counts, i hope she NEVER reaches this dark place i'm in..
